Shipping Policy
We at Singh Legacy aim to deliver your products quickly and in good condition. All orders are processed within 6 hours after payment is received. Once processed, your order will be shipped within 48 hours. Our delivery partners will try to deliver your package within 5 to 7 working days. Please note that delays may sometimes happen due to reasons beyond our control.

Return, Refunds and Exchange Policy
If you receive a wrong or damaged product, we can exchange it with the same item. The item must be unused and returned in its original condition. Please do not accept delivery if the inner packaging is damaged.
To request an exchange, email or call us within 24 hours of receiving your order and include a photo or proof of damage. Once we confirm the issue, we will send you instructions to return the product. You are responsible for shipping the product back to us. Mention your order number in all communication.

• No refunds will be issued once the product is sold.

• All products are non-refundable.

• Combo packs or gift items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order based on product availability or other valid reasons. If we cancel an order, we will inform you and issue a refund if applicable.
